Cancellation Policy
**All new clients are REQUIRED to book their first appointment on my website and provide a card on file. All new clients are also required to pay a deposit via card, cash, Venmo, or Cashapp.All new clients are REQUIRED to book their first appointment on my website and provide a card on file. All new clients are also required to pay a deposit via card, cash, Venmo, or Cashapp. **Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. If a client must reschedule, they may transfer their deposit ONE time, ONLY if proper notice is given. If the Client must reschedule a second time, they forfeit their deposit and a new one must be paid to reschedule. **Any changes to your appointment time must be made 48hrs prior to our scheduled time. Failure to provide proper notice will result in a forfeit of the deposit and a new one must be made to reschedule. **Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior communication with me will be considered a No-Show. In this case, client forfeit their deposit and 50% of the cost of the service will be charged to the card on file.
