Cancellation Policy
•New clients are REQUIRED to book through my booking site and provide a card to keep on file •Clients MUST give a 24hr cancellation notice prior to their appointment •Faliure to provide 24hr notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service •No call, No shows will NOT be tolerated and will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service. After 2 no calls, no shows, client will be banned from booking with me. •If a deposit is Necessary, it is refundable only if a 24hr cancellation notice is given **Clients automatically agree to this policy when booking with me** **accepted forms of payment include: Cash or card ONLY **I only keep a small amount of change. I ask to not bring any bigger bills that will require change back, please. For example: if your total is $110, please do not bring $200 and ask me to break a $100 bill to make change for the $10.
